Summer Camp 2025 – Registration

Assalamu ‘aleykum, dear parents,

This Summer, from June 23 to August 22, for nine weeks, Le jardin d’été Summer camp will provide children with very enriching experiences.

It offers a variety of leisure activities that promote group life and are suitable for children aged 5 to 13 years.

SCHEDULE

Day camp: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Extended Care Services (Daycare): Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.

REGISTRATION

Registration is online and spaces are limited.  

A registration is valid once we have received the form with all the required information and once a payment is made according to the following schedule (of course, you may also choose to pay the total in one payment).  

Complying with these deadlines will ensure that all day camp and daycare fees are paid by June 11, 2025, in shaa Allah.  After that, any unpaid week will automatically be cancelled.

Here are the key dates:

Upon registration: payment of registration fees and of the first week of day camp and daycare fees, if applicable;  so, if your child is registered at camp for 1 week (please click here for the fees), you must have paid the entire fee at registration time.

Due on April 30, 2025: second payment. That is to say, if your child is registered for 2 weeks  (please click here for the fees), you must have finished paying the entire fee by April 30.

Due on May 14, 2025: third payment. That is to say, if your child is registered for 3 weeks (please click here for the fees), you must have finished paying the entire fee by May 14.

Due on May 28, 2025: fourth payment. That is to say, if your child is registered for 4 weeks (please click here for the fees), you must have finished paying the entire fee by May 28.

Due on June 4, 2025: fifth payment. That is to say, if your child is registered for 5 weeks (please click here for the fees), you must have finished paying the entire fee by June 4.

Due on June 11, 2025: final payment. That is to say, if your child is registered for 6 weeks (please click here for the fees), 7 weeks (please click here for the fees), 8 weeks (please click here for the fees) or 9 weeks (please click here for the fees), you must have finished paying the entire fee by June 11.

PLEASE NOTE THAT, IN ADDITION TO THE DAY CAMP AND CHILDCARE FEES, THERE WILL BE ANOTHER PAYMENT TO BE MADE FOR THE OUTINGS.
