Authorization for Usage of photos for Internal Use at ICC Brossard

What constitutes internal use?

• Souvenir album given to families at the end of the program (print or PDF).
• Display in ICC Brossard premises (activity board, reception area).
• Presentation at the end-of-year meeting for registered parents.
• Internal educational materials (instructor training, archives).

What is excluded

• No public distribution (social media, website, media) – see separate consent form.
• No transmission to commercial third parties.
• No use for marketing or public fundraising purposes.
• No publication without blurring the faces of non-consenting children.

Retention

Internal photos are kept for a maximum of 5 years, then securely destroyed. You can

request the removal of a specific photo at any time by writing to us.

Your rights (Law 25)

You may withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal has no retroactive effect on materials already printed/distributed but prevents any future use. It will not affect your child’s participation in activities.

• Album souvenir remis aux familles à la fin du programme (impression ou PDF).
• Affichage dans les locaux d’ICC Brossard (tableau d’activités, salle d’accueil).
• Présentation lors de la réunion de fin d’année aux parents inscrits.
• Documentation pédagogique interne (formation des moniteurs, archives).

Ce qui est exclu

• Aucune diffusion publique (réseaux sociaux, site web, médias) — voir consentement séparé.
• Aucune transmission à des tiers commerciaux.
• Aucune utilisation à des fins de marketing ou de levée de fonds publique.
• Aucune publication sans le visage flouté pour les enfants non consentants.

Conservation

Les photos internes sont conservées 5 ans maximum, puis détruites de manière sécurisée. Vous pouvez demander la suppression d’une photo précise à tout moment en nous écrivant.

Vos droits (Loi 25)

Vous pouvez retirer ce consentement à tout moment. Le retrait n’a aucun effet rétroactif sur les supports déjà imprimés/distribués mais empêche toute utilisation future. Aucune conséquence sur la participation de votre enfant aux activités.
